1Payments at hotel outlets are by cash or credit card only. Please note: should you be a hotel resident, you may not sign any discounted benefits to your room account.
2All bookings or services must be made directly with the supplier.
3All accommodation discounts and vouchers are valid for rooms only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and specials.
4Discounts will only be applicable to bookings made 24 hours prior to arrival. (see conditions on back of relevant vouchers). Government taxes and/or levies are excluded. A Refundable P400.00 deposit policy applies.
5Your Business Club Card membership number must be quoted and/or presented during all transactions.
6I.D Must be presented when utilising your Business Club Card.
7All offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
8Vouchers are not transferable unless otherwise indicated on the voucher.
9Transferable vouchers, transferred to second parties shall remain the responsibility of the member should there be costs incurred and not settled.
10All accommodation discounts are on standard room rates.
11Lost voucher packs will not be replaced under any circumstances.
12Peermont Global Botswana (Pty) Ltd. Will not be held liable for any third party breach and reserve the right to amend the benefits and conditions of the Business Club at any time.
